Hi!
Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!
To apply multiple highlight terms, you can combine them with two vertical bars || instead of the comma , as in your tries, i.e.
row_highlight="Car-One||Car-three"
Specifying which columns should be searched for the highlight terms is only possible in the TablePress premium versions, which has the Row Filtering module built-in. In the old and now-retired TablePress Row Highlight Extension (a separate plugin that has to be installed on the site), this is not possible (in case you are using that).

Tobias
Hi Tobias,
thanks a lot for your quick response. This works for us perfect.
In fact, we have been using TablePress(actual Version 2.1.8) with several plugins on our homepage for years. The site is by and for a non-profit amateur sports club. So the budget for running the site is very tight. Especially for annual recurring costs.
Maybe when we redesign the homepage in the future we will consider the premium version of TablePress as we are very happy with this plugin.
Thank you for providing the free version.
Best regards
Ludwig

Hi Ludwig,
good to hear that this helped 🙂
And no worries, I totally understand that such an investment can be difficult for a non-profit sports team! Maybe in the future! (Note that there are also lifetime license, a one-time purchase, available in the checkout process.)
Best wishes,
Tobias
P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress in the plugin directory. Thanks!
