Use unitless value for line-height

Both Core Trac 63952 and wporg-make 44 report a short
line-heightfor glossary header text on ww.wp.xz.cn handbook pages. The handbook stylesheet increases the font size (24px) without changing theline-height(18px).ww.wp.xz.cn could increase its
line-heightto1, or even1.25, but I think the glossary plugin should useline-height: 1—for any sites—instead of the pixel value.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
