Use URL structure as breadcrumbs

Hi

Is it possible to set the breadcrumbs to strictly adhere to the URL structure of any give page/post, instead of adding different categories that might or might not be any part of any given posts permalink?

IE I have this post:

http://in.sinkadus.com/utstallningar/niina-turunen-staller-ut-hos-kungsholmsdoktorn/

That the plugin gives this breadcrumb to:

Hem > Utställningar > Utställningar > Konst > Niina Turunen ställer ut hos Kungsholmsdoktorn

So the plugin adds two categories that will not be needed. I should add that I have other CPT that actually uses categories in the permalinks, so to just remove all categories would not be an option.
