Used short code to insert subscribe button. Cannot get button or field centered

Title pretty much explains it.
Using the plugin, I created a form with the blue theme and used the short code to have it appear on my front page.
I have tried changing the short code alignment to center but it does nothing.
This is how the code looks:

I had a form centered and working before by using HTML embed code from mailchimp website, but I could not change from the default red button color with the embed code. Only with the form built into an external link which I did not like.
So I made a form in the plugin and now it’s stuck on the left side.
