    Also, there is no exact reason from user to rate the plugin with one star and therefore we reported it and asking to disable or remove this review if it is possible. Is there any rules or policy for reviews?

    If it is abuse or spam then a review of topic may get removed. While this review isn’t very useful (all 3 words of it), it’s not abusive and it’s not spam. It’s not getting removed for those reasons.
