Hello @bhaskar0825,
Sorry to see you disappointed.
1. You say incompatible but with what exactly?
2. Dashboard can be edited/customized by following instructions given in our developer docs
3. True but the team is working on the feasibility.
4. Profile pages are auto-generated and can be accessed from /profile/username/. For a list of available shortcodes you can visit our documentation.
5. Can you be more specific so that we can take a closer look.
6. Like how- can you tell us more about it. Which monetization model did you enable?
7. We follow freemium model, core features are available for free that suffice majority of the users.
I didn’t find any order for pro plugin associated with your id so apparently your so called 100’s of lost dollar is not due to our plugin. Peace
1.) When You go to install tutor LMS by going Plugin>add new and search tutor LMS It is incompatible with the version and in fact, I am on the latest version of WordPress 5.8.
2.) I do not mean to say that you can’t edit the dashboard like the woocommerce dashboard page. Also, I complained about it on your website of themeum He did not provide me links like this and others, and the link provided by you when you scroll down 25 people found useful and 45 did not found useful MAY BE those 25 will be your developers.
3.) Also Can’t be edited by the block builder.
4.) Ohh my God you opened my eyes So can you please provide the shortcode of all these:
a.)enrolled-courses
b.)wishlist
c.)reviews
d.)my quiz attempts
e.)purchase history
f.)my courses
g.)announcements
h.)earning
i.)withdraw
j.)quiz attempts
k.)question answer
if you will provide all shortcodes I will create a website by own. and again more people (122 people) did not found your documentation useful.
5.) I have taken hosting from Godaddy with an SSL certificate on my white website it is secure but on the dashboard page SOMETIMES! it did not show SSL and due to that person not being able to login into their account I have done anyone can register on settings.
b.) your main dashboard where enrolled Courses Active Courses are visible those are not responsive in tablet mode.
c.) In the setting there are a lot of links what If I don’t want to show them I try this with CSS bet the bio is also not visible then I user display: none and display: block CSS.
d.) I was testing your reset password (I did not forget my password) but I did not get any mail.
If I will type all your bugs then It will take lots of hours.
6.) I was using woocommerce when a user purchases a course the transection details goes to user spam folder But when user purchase my product he got mail-in Inbox.
7.)I did not purchase tutor LMS with this account and I am not going to tell you my account.
I am having a youtube channel with 800k subscribers I was selling my courses but with your plugin, all bugs were theirs.
Hello @bhaskar0825,
Thanks for being more specific and thanks for sharing more info.
1. Thanks to you for noticing. This will be fixed by Monday I can assure you. It’s just a warning. If it was really an issue you wouldn’t be able to install, activate and use the plugin.
2. I agree few of our docs are difficult for laymen. Users who are familiar with plugin customization find them useful though.
4. Thanks for sharing your ideas for shortcodes. I shall share them with my team.
5.a) May be you need to take a closer look at your SSL settings or seek help from your hosting provider. Check if you have WordPress Address url and Site Address url are same.
b) It can be due to your custom theme. Check after switching to a default WordPress theme.
c) Which settings and links? Dashboard or Tutor settings? You can share screenshot and page url that you need help with.
d) If provided valid username you should receive email but you also mentioned the email reaches spam folder so which one is true- email not being sent or sent but ending up in spam folder? Did you check your server SMTP settings? You can troubleshoot this by installing an email log plugin.
6. Do you have simple, virtual and for Tutor selected under the woocommerce product data? Check SPF and DKIM settings from your hosting server.
7. We are aware of people using fabricated pro plugin so make sure you are using a valid plugin from Themeum. Send us email from your purchase email if you have one. We have 30 days refund policy if you are unhappy with our plugin.
5.)b I am using Oceanwp Most popular theme of wordpress

Hello @bhaskar0825,
You can navigate to Tutor settings > course tab and disable “Course Share” to hide social links from course page. You can visit our Trello board to make feature requests, if more people ask our team may consider.
I was saying in tutor setting there are links like GitHub etc GitHub are for developers I don’t want to show and some other links how can I do that
Hello @bhaskar0825,
To hide those dashboard features you can override the default dashboard template file from your child theme and remove or comment out lines from 192 to 207. Here’s the file path and the file name that you need to customize
\wp-content\plugins\tutor\templates\dashboard\settings\profile.php
For more details on overriding default templates visit our template overriding doc
I want to share a screenshot
