• Whenever Instagram change their API this plugin becomes useless. They even continue selling subscriptions fully aware of it malfunctioning and afterwards, they tell you they will prolong the subscription – I have tried this twice. Last time my existing data and settings didn’t work and they suggested I set up more than 50 feeds again manually. I requested a refund but they refused and tried to negotiate, offering a longer subscription period.

    I would stay away – there are other similar plugins out there.

    Smash Ballon has a working plugin – so it is not like it is impossible to create a workaround. I am just frustrated as I just renewed my subscription for the pro-version one week ago… so complete waste of money and your support just sent me an email saying “we hope you find a workaround – good luck”.

    We are sorry to for this problem. Yes, Instagram has deprecated retrieving hashtag media. However the plugin still works fine with user feed and hashtag filters as well. So only part of its functionality has been closed.

    As for the workaround, we decided to delay the implementation of new Graph API because of other projects with higher priority. We are sorry to say that. You may use other plugins to display hashtag feed.
