User Access Control?

    We are considering this plugin for an intranet. ONce concern is the level of user access control.

    We want to be able to restrict certain areas and content to specific users.

    IE: Engineering section can ONLY be accessed by users within Engineering (managed of course by an admin)

    HR could POST an article, visible to all employees but only user A or user B (in HR or super admin) could EDIT or modify the post/page

    Can this be achieved?
