    Hi,

I’d like to know if it is possible to give permission to users at the Editor level to use the plugin when publishing a new post. Right now on my website only administrators have this feature.

    Hi @tbbmega ,

    Thank you for using PublishPress.
Could you specify which feature that you point out? Currently, if you have PublishPress Capabilities plugin, you can manage the access of any roles. If you would like to give the access for Editor role to manage certain feature, it is available there.

    Hi @tbbmega ,

We have not heard back from you in a week. Let me mark this as resolved. However, if you have another question or would like to continue the discussion, feel free to reply or create a new thread.

    Thanks,

    Hi Riza & Team,

We are currently experiencing the same issue:

    • Issue
      • Using “set to draft status in 1 year” works for admin users
      • Same does not work for editor users
    • Settings
      • We are on Version 4.8.2 of PublishPress Future

Would be wonderful to get this resolved!

    Thanks a lot

    Hi @mariusfh ,

As you mentioned “Same does not work for editor users”, what the same action that you applied to “Editor” role? How is the result if it is done by Editor role. Could you explain it more specifically about the workflow?

    Hi Riza,

We are missing the field to change future status of posts. Eg, for bringing posts back to draft. See missing field in screenshot below

Could you help us with this?

    Thanks a lot

    Marius

Hi again – we are still trying to resolve this issue. Any suggestions, @rizaprihananto ?

    Thx!! Marius
