User authorization

Once an approved user is logged into the page and they attempt to access the information that their subscription allows them to see, they are getting the following message: “You are unauthorized to view this page”

I can’t figure out why they are receiving that information. Their subscription level is correct, they are approved to access the info, but keep getting the above message.
