    Hi,
    #
today a reader of my blog informed me that he gets blocked from reading one post on the blog with Firefox. You can see his message at: https://i.imgur.com/BvlwoPP.png

From what he said, he was only trying to read that post, no one else complained and I never had this happen before. He can read my other posts just fine. He also tried with Torbrowser (different IP) and the same thing happened.

Any idea what might cause that and how to work around it? Thank you. Love the plugin.

Meanwhile, more users have reported, they get the same error. It is only this one post: https://linuxnews.de/2020/05/update-zum-librem-5

I get the same message, as soon as I log out of my site. When I put in my email and hit send, I get: Sorry but your browser sent an invalid security token when trying to use this form.
So it seems the post in question is locked for everyone. Please help me understand what went wrong here.

    Hey @fethomm,

My apologies for the delayed response.

In Wordfence > Live Traffic can you share the expanded details on the block?

You might need to adjust your Rate Limiting settings in wordfence > All Options > Rate Limiting.

    Thanks,

Thanks for getting back to me. Your delayed response is probably my fault. I should have used premium support, which I could not find at the time (now I have).

I could not find the info you were asking for in Live Traffic. I adjusted Rate Limiting as per the suggestions in the article you linked. As only 1 post out of ~ 1k was affected by this, I guess I’ll leave it at that for now and see if it happens again.

    Hey @fethomm,

Thanks for the update, and sounds like a plan.

Please do open a ticket at support.wordfence.com as we’re not allowed to support Premium customers in the Wordfence.org Forums.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
