User Cache Issue

    Hi There,

    We are having some issues with the User Cache feature of UM.
    We have enabled stop caching user’s profile data under Settings -> Advanced – Stop caching user’s profile data.

    We don’t want to have user’s data being cached as this gives conflicts when users changed their passwords. New passwords are not recognized.

    Please advice if we need to change any setting.

    Hi There, just wondering if someone has an Idea or reference to another post so I can solve this issue.

    Or another way to contact the makers of UM.

    Hi,

    We never cache the password. When you changed the password in the Account page, do you logout and login to see if the new password works?
