Installed Two factor plugin and it works fine.

However a regular user can edit his profile and turn two factor off.

Is this by default?
Can we force a user to allways use two factor?

Not an answer, but I came across the same thing and thought,

There should be an option to enforce 2FA that users can’t change.

I found that plugin and try that force 2FA and cannot disable Two-factor by multiple users
