I have created a new user role called “Area Rep” that should be able to view other user information, event posts, etc… but when they try to log in they get an error message of “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks for using CME.

There could be 101 things going on here, depending on your setup.

Can you email [email protected] with the URL the users are trying to access, plus a screenshot of your CME settings.
