User cannot type in chat

    Hi there. Seems like a great plugin you’ve got here. Coming across an issue. If I have auto popup enabled I am able to chat between front end and back end no problem. I don’t want auto popup enabled though and when I try to initiate a chat it either hangs when connecting or says “Admin has closed and ended the chat” (presumably from the previous attempt) and only admin can communicate because front end has been disabled.

    Hi there

    Sorry for only getting back to you now.

    The plugin sets a variety of cookies after a chat has ended, which has likely prevented you from starting a new chat again within a short time span. The cookies are set to expire after 24 hours though, so this doesn’t affect the general user on your site.

    Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and let me know if this helps at all?
