user cannot view replies | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hi!!
Everything is working fine but, when our support agent replies on a ticket, the reply is viewable only from support end but not visible in user end.
Please help me to resolve this issue. I am using bootstrap.

Hi @durga6630,

What is the role assigned to your user? Please make sure it has the “Support User” role or its capabilities, as shown in the table from the link below:

checked all the capabilities as per instruction but, found that the support users can see the agent replies after logging into backend. It is not viewable from the frontend.

Hi @durga6630,

I recommend you to switch temporarily to a default theme and deactivate your plugins one by one until the issue disappears, in case there might be a conflict.
