Hi:
Can you verify that you’re having this issue with just the 2016 or 2017 theme and Awesome Support installed (all other plugins disabled)? Obviously if users can’t view replies we’d be getting a ton of complaints so I think there might be a conflicting plugin or theme.
re: emails: Please check your email configuration under TICKETS->SETTINGS->EMAILS to make sure that the outgoing emails are configured. Also, verify that your WordPress installation is allowing outgoing emails. Finally please check your spam box to make sure they’re not in there.
Thanks very much!
Don’t have any problems sending emails, I get them saying there is a reply to the ticket, but it doesn’t say in the email what the reply is, just to go to the site to view the reply, it’s once you go to the site to view the ticket you don’t see the reply, just the original ticket with no replies displayed. the agent can see all the ticket and the replies, but the user on the front end only see what they wrote in the original ticket.
You mentioned themes, in the stly section of settings it only give default in the downdrop, so i’m not sure what 2016 / 2017 themes your talking about.
Hello:
I was talking about WordPress themes. Basically, if you disable all the other stuff besides awesome support and just use defaults do you have the issue?
Thanks.
I found the plugin that is causing the issue, just that it’s essential to my site since it’s what’s being used to display profiles, it shows the user profile where the replies should be at, I deactivated the plugin, the profile disappears and you can see the replies. the plugin is called,” User Profiles Made Easy” by Themefluent,
Hi:
We are not familiar with that product but at least now you know what’s causing the issue. Conflicts are just a thing we have to deal with in the WordPress world so hopefully you can find something else that doesn’t conflict.
