user can’t access dashboard

    When I create a user and set permissions/restrictions, that user is able to log in to the site, but login only takes her to the site itself with no access to the dashboard. I have attempted to disable all plugins, but it still doesn’t work. What am I not doing correctly?

    For the record, this was due to the theme imposing a redirect when the user lacks the edit_posts capability.
