User can’t login 2FA

Howdy community, I recently updated Wordfence and my users can’t seem to log in. The web app is powered by WordPress & WooCommerce, and new users can sign up, but not login – I know I’m puzzled as well!
I’ve looked through all of the settings, but I can’t seem to find a fix. I’ve attached an image of the error here, any help would be massively appreciated!!

This may sound really stupid, but I can’t see any way to disable 2FA 🤦♂️
