User can’t login

    Hey there

    What your are describing is something that appears to be through a plugin because WordPress core never sends a password but a password reset link.

    If you are using a plugin to login or register or maybe manage the overall membership please let us know, the issue is most probably in that plugin.

    Additionally, were you able to reproduce the issue at your end?

    Can you provide more details on that? Like the error message that appears.

    Only a specific user can not log-in or the problem appears for all users?
    If it is only for a single user, then suggest the user to try logging in from a different browser or clearing the cache of their browser.

    The login and forgotten password functionality is provided in your project by the Woffice theme you are using. As this is a commercial theme, we cannot help you with this here in the forum.
