User can't post videos

    Hiya,
    So I’m having a weird phantom bug… a specific user cannot seem to post YouTube videos on my site’s forums (using bbpress). They created another account and they were able to. Is there any known conflictions or filters that can be tripped via accounts? Or perhaps any potential insight to possible causes? My appreciation in advance!
