    Hello,

I have just started using the plugin. A user is able to submit a ticket but when they do it goes straight to a plain text screen of what they have put. When they try to look at a ticket through the my tickets page the same thing happens. I assumed there would be a page where they can see replies and stuff like that? How can i make this come up? Have i not allowed something?

Your help would be greatly appreciated!
    Best wishes,
    Sam

    Hi:

Usually when this is happening its because there is a conflict with another plugin or your theme – there are two places where you will find possible error messages. The first is the javascript console in your browser. The other is the debug.log file on your server (usually in you wp-content folder if you turn on the WordPress debug flags in wp-config.php).

However, the easiest way to figure out which plugin or theme is causing the conflict is to disable them one by one to see which one causes the error to go away.

Thanks for trying Awesome Support and hope this helps a bit to get you past this roadblock!
