    Hi, i’m testing the plugin but i have problem with user capabilities

    For example user support agent, if i login as support agent i cant see tickets submitter bu suport user …and the backoffice menu i cant see menu i cant see manu menu items i see in your demo, i used user role editor too without success…for existing user or new user using registration procedure
