User confirmation email

When creating a booking, the form asks for an email and password. Once the customer has entered these details and clicked next, an automated WordPress email is sent saying “To set your password, visit the following address:” even though a password has already been specified.

The link takes you to an unbranded WordPress login form too which is not what we’d like.
