    I need to add a form to capture name and email address before the survey is submitted. How do I do this? Is this available in the PRO version as I cant see any options in the FREE version.

    Dear @waynecoda,

    Thank you for the topic.

    You can achieve this by adding an email field and a name field where users can input their names and email addresses.

    Place these two questions in a separate section and move all other questions to different sections.
    Additionally, you can make the name and email questions required.

    This setup will ensure that users can only start the survey after answering the name and email questions.

    The email type question is included in the free version of the plugin.
