User Does Not Exist

    Form works and sends correctly, I receive the secondary copy of the email as the person who filled it in. When switched to my email account form successfully sends and I receive both main and copy of email. However when I put my clients email address in I get the following:

    “A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    [email protected]
    LMTP error after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
    550 5.1.1 <[email protected]> User doesn’t exist:
    [email protected]”

    The email address does exist they use it everyday, the contact form is on their domains server, so why isn’t this working? I really don’t know, please help!
