Seems like there’s a problem with the access token. here’s a solution you can try.
Instagram occasionally expires access tokens. So please try to revoke access of the plugin from here, and also reset your access token from Instagram Feed WD plugin afterwards.

Note please that the fix just displays correct error message, that is “wrong token” instead of “user does not exist”. There is a need to get new token from Instagram in any case.

Please note, that the access token is provided by Instagram itself. Instagram Feed WD plugin uses it to get data from Instagram API. Unfortunately, the plugin cannot control the access token and related errors in Instagram API.
However, here’s a solution you can try. Instagram occasionally expires access tokens from time to time. So please try to revoke access of the plugin from here, and also reset your access token from Instagram Feed WD plugin.

You have not authorized any applications to access your Instagram account.
Also how do I reset my access token from the instagram feed WD plug in?
OK I have just found it, and fixed it, hopefully it doesn’t break again
