I install the plugin and user with editor rule don’t see. how can I show it for user wit editor rule

By default, only administrators are allowed to access the screens. You can customize it with the flamingo_map_meta_cap filter hook. See this thread for details: Granting access to the Editor Role?

Thanks of the answer.
I think this should be on the documentation of the plugin, if it there I didn’t found it.
