User email verification not sent

    Please i the plugin doesn’t send verification to users when they register
    Can you help me with that please.

    Hi @meraga149,

    Do you have the latest version of the Ultimate member plugin installed?
    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails section and make sure that Activation email is enabled.
    You can also try to install one of the SMTP plugins and see if it helps.

    i have ultimate membership pro v7.7
    and i have email activated already and it’s not working still.
    I don’t understand what you mean by smtp plugins installation. can you explain further please

    Hi @meraga149,

    You can use one of the SMTP plugins e.g. WP Mail SMTP.
    Please also check our alternative solution.

    I have a SMTP plugin in my site which works fine for welcome new user and orders related notification but my problems is only that new user verification link is not received
    User can directly register on my site
    I want the user first verify by email
