User field missing

    I purchased the premium and opened a ticket a few days ago with no reply.

    I purchased to use the user field. I enabled it, added user names and put in my new short-code:

    [passster password=”123″ user=”username, username”]Your hidden content[/passster]

    The user field is not showing up. I would like help asap as I paid for the premium version and no one is replying to my ticket.

    Hey @mcouts13,

    I replied to your pro ticket.
    For others which may encouter the same question:

    There is no additional field, it unlocks the protected area automatically if the user is logged in and visits the page, otherwise it shows the protection form with a password.
