User id number missing

    My site was hacked on the 12/4/2012, I restored from a back up dated 9/4/12.
    Have added sercurity to my site “Bulletproof Sercurity”
    All appears to be restored ok, however I noticed user id #2 is missing totally in my admin cpanel.
    Does this mean hacked still has access to my site.
    Hacker has been posting in goggle they hacked my site and boosting
    Any help appreciated
