Is it correct that you use a custom field to store the image?
If so you should add the custom field column, select the correct custom field and set the field type to Image.
This should work if you use ID’s used in the media library and for URL’s that can be recognised as valid image url’s (containing an image extension).

yes it’s a custom field because i use a membership plugin and the avatar user link is in this field.
i understand it should an ID and not diethyl an URL, but i don’t have it because my images are directly placed in upload folder

Well, it should also work with URL’s to an image.
What is the URL you seen when you change the field type to default?
Is this a valid URL?
And do you see nothing in the column or do you see a dash as content?
