    I’m getting a “user is key wrong” message in the shipment status box.

    What does this mean and how to fix?

    Hi, you use TrackShip, It appear that something is wrong with your connection, you should go to your my.TrackShip.info Account and delete your store connection and re-connect it.
    In case you still having problem, please open a ticket on TrackShip support.
