Hello @logandedo
Greetings!
Kindly note you need to use the Edwiser Bridge’s user account page for user registration so that the user account is created in WordPress and Moodle simultaneously. The two user accounts ( WordPress and Moodle) will be linked to each other.
If this does not resolve the issue, could you please contact us at [email protected] so that we can assist you with this issue?
Thank you

hey thanks for the answer. But on the “user account” page generated by Edwiser I just have a form for the login. So what I want is for users to be able to register and be directly linked to moodle.

Hello @logandedo,
Hope you are doing well!
Indeed for registration, users will have to click on “I don’t have an account” on the same page and they will be redirected to the registration page and from here they will be swiftly linked to Moodle.
Thank you

When I click on “I do not have an account” I am redirected to my account page with my woocommerce registration form which does not link the account with moodle. There is no registration form generated by Edwiser? (if yes can you give me the shortcode )

hello, I also have another concern I need one of the emails automatically generated by Edwiser to send to the user and another specific email address. Is that even possible?
that email to be precise : https://i.imgur.com/SPVjMbQ.png
Hello @logandedo,
Greetings!
While you use WooCommerce Integration for selling Moodle courses as WooCommerce Products there are two user profile pages, one is My account page of WooCommerce and another one is the User account page of the Edwiser Bridge plugin. Therefore, the reset functionality of WooCommerce will conflict with the User account page’s functionality.
To fix this issue login to the admin dashboard in your WordPress site and navigate to WooCommerce settings. Here you need to click on the Advanced tab and then clear all the text beside the Lost password field.
Yes, triggering one email to the user and another to a specific address is indeed possible. However, it will require customization, if you require the function, then we can come back to you with the workability and price quotation.
Thank you
