User List Showing Critical Error

Hi,
My client is having an issue with her website. She has WooCommerce set up on the site and people can purchase online courses that are operated through the Learn Dash plugin. Before, when you clicked on the user’s name to go to an “Edit User” page, you could scroll down to the bottom of the page and see a list of courses. The left side shows the full list of courses. The right side shows the courses the user is enrolled in. You could move a course from the main list to the individual’s users list. Now you can’t do that. There used to be an “update” button at the bottom of the page and it is not there anymore. There’s also a message that says there’s been a “critical error.”
