    Hello everyone, everything good? I’m having a problem here, that my users are having their profiles removed, they were at the PREMIUM level and the next day his level was simply deleted, leaving none.

    Do you have any idea what could be happening or something I could do?

    Another thing that I have also noticed that users are not able to log in to the platform, I need to change their password so that they can do it.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I need more information to assist you here.

    Does the user’s level get removed or does their account get deleted entirely? The only time a user’s level will automatically get removed is when an expiration date is reached or a failed recurring payment occurs.

    What payment gateway are you using?

    Do you have more information about this, could you tell me what error they are facing when trying to login? Is this after their level gets removed? Do these user’s get created during checkout correctly when registering for the first time or do your recent orders show [none] as the username?

    Hello, the user is not derived only the level of access that is derived by taking away the student’s full access.

    I work with an annual plan and there is no recurrence enabled, people bought it at the end of last year on blackfriday, that is, they only expire at the end of the year 2021, my payment system is to pay me a gateway here in Brazil.

    Thanks for the feedback, this issue seems to be site specific. What is this payment gateway called?

    The user’s should not automatically expire, but it may be worth testing this with another gateway to see if this issue is gateway specific.
