User management plugin that allows multiple forms

I’m loooking for a plugin (pr multiple plugins that can work together) that will allow me to have multiple forms beyond a simple registration form, with each automatically including member ID (or email address.) The goal is to allow members to come back and provide additional information on various topics.

Example:
My registration form may include basic information, but later on, I may want to ask members to tell me which of several products they would like to know more about. After that, I may want additional demographic information (i.e. age and zip code) and after that, I may go back and ask about several more products. The goal is to create in depth user profiles to allow for increasingly customized email newsletters. I can create the newsletters outside of WordPress – I just need a way to gather all of the information.

Any ideas?
