Not an error I’ve come across before – it may be a plugin or theme conflict.
This User Management tab lets you set users up in bulk or individually to a single group.
However you can also set then up individually and add then to more than one group by going to
Dashboard>users>all users>select user>edit
In the forums section near the bottom you’ll find all the private groups listed.
If that works for you, then it is probably the easiest answer.
However I’m quite happy to work with you to fix the tab issue if you need that function, but I will need you to switch themes and disable plugins for short periods as part of testing. But if that works for you, then I’d be happy to do so.
Hi- this isn’t a viable workaround as there is still no way to list all users in each group.
i have deactivated all plugins except this and bbpress, and changed the theme to 2016. Now when I click the tab, I see the paypal donate button, but no other functionality. No groups are users are listed even though I’ve added users to a group.
ok, I’ve just trued with twentysixteen and it’s fine.
Can you go to settings and tab plugin information, and screenshot the results and email these to me via my website
