Hi

When a new user registers on my site they register no problem, however it doesn’t automatically log them in. When they click login and fill out the details it says password not recognised. They then have to click on reset password and go through the reset password process. What is happening here?

Hi @juliethollingsworth

You can set the registration form to login them in after registration with the ‘Login after registration’ setting https://docs.wpusermanager.com/article/175-registration-settings

Do you have any other plugins that are login/password/registration related that might be changing the password?

It wasn’t working for me unfortunately but I’ve deleted the UP User manager plugin and now it seems to be working fine.
