When I mention a user on fediverse (@user@url) the post does not generate a link for the user. Is there any way to fix this?

I forgot to mention this before, but when I repost a post on Fediverso, the author’s quote appears correctly in people’s feeds. Here is an example: https://skarnio.tv/o-panspectron-como-as-redes-sociais-estao-moldando-a-realidade/
