I am using “bnfw plugin” and create Notification for Admin on User Register and i want to send user meta field to admin on user Register.
Here is my register page link:

There is select dropdown in last. it is my meta field and i also want to send this field to admin.

but did not see any option how to add user meta field or there is any shortcode to add meta field.
I add this meta field by Custom Code.
