User "not in users list"?

    Hi,

    This can happen when, for instance, the Super Admin logs in to a child site but is not in the users list of that site.

    Is that user in the users list of that site?

    Yes, the user is in the users list. The user is Administrator of one multi-site site.

    Can you log in to that site, click on the “Users” menu and check if there is anything wrong regarding this user in the users list?
