    my user isn’t receiving any of the automated emails from tickets? Is there anything I need to check for this to work?

    Please navigate to Tickets > Settings > Emails in your WordPress dashboard and ensure that each required email notification is checked and marked as Active.

    Awesome Support relies on WordPress to send outgoing emails. If you are not currently using an SMTP plugin, we strongly recommend installing and configuring one. SMTP helps ensure reliable delivery of transactional emails (such as ticket replies, status updates, and notifications) by sending emails through a dedicated mail server instead of the default WordPress mail function, which can be unreliable or blocked by hosting providers.

    Once the SMTP plugin is configured, please test the email notifications again to confirm they are being sent correctly.
