User notification on password change

Hi,
An user can change password in the profile form. After the change, an email is sent by the SWPM to the user notifying him/her that the password has been changed. If he/she did not initiate the change, please contact the site administrator.
I want to modify the content of this email. I checked the Setting > Email Settings, but cannot find the template of such email. Can you advise me where I can find this? It is interesting too that the email content is in Chinese which I use in other email templates under the Email Settings. Thanks.
