User notifications not working

Hi,

The user notifications are not working. When I book the admin gets notified via PHP Mailer. However, the user doesn’t get a notification when the book, or when it is approved or rejected. I have tried all options PHPmailer, php mail, SMTP and WordPress Mail. All don’t send user notifications.

But when I use the test in calendar notifications it does come through. Here is the website – http://patsymcglynn.com/discovery-session/

Any ideas how to fix?
