• Greetings!

I am a seasoned developer of sites using PMP, but have encountered an issue that I can’t fix.

After a new member signs up, their User Page is created, but cannot be viewed. A 404 error is generated, as if the page does not exist. However, after manually opening the user’s page for admin editing, and making any random edit and then updating the page, it then appears normally to the user who “owns” the page, as well as admins.

What may be causing the user page to fail to render until AFTER being edited?

Thank you for your great program!

    Bill

    Update….

The page in question is the one named after the member.

    Example: blah.com/user005

It is the “User005” page that fails to appear.

The child page named after the membership level (i.e. blah.com/user005/membership-level) does appear, but the “user005” portion of the URL is mysteriously removed when that page renders (i.e. what appears is at address blah.com/membership-level).
