user password not recognized

    Hi all,

    I’m running WP4.1.1 with a custom theme based on TwentyFourteen. I’ve just installed PMPro 1.8.2.1.

    When I register as a new (free) member, I’m logged in after confirmation, and I can access the account features.
    Once I log out, I cannot sign in again cause my password is not recognized.
    I checked the DB, the ‘user_pass’ field in wp_user is indeed empty for this user.

    Hi again,

    It seems PMPro does not save the password selected by the user in the first form (the one that the user fills out to create his account).
    However, if the user updates his profile before logging out the first time, then WP does the job, and the password is correctly saved.

    Any ideas to solve this issue?

    We have not seen this issue in any development or support member sites – and I’m not sure what could be causing this – another plugin conflict or theme conflict?
