I understand this is for the local(legacy) option of the Broken Link Checker, it is correct that it’s not possible to allow the Editor to access it, only admin users would have access to this.
I’m afraid this adding this will be outside the scope of support we can provide. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you. Thanks for your reply. To answer your question: I am using the cloud version.
Just realized I might have to change things in The hub then and not at WordPress.

Thank you for the clarification. However, I am afraid, similar to the local version, the Cloud Version of the BLC is too accessible only for the Admin User.
We do have an improvement task about allowing access to the Editor role for the BLC (Local) however, as of now I will not be able to share an exact ETA as to when it will be released. But subscribing to our roadmap https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/ is a good way to be posted about upcoming versions, once they are released, it is going to be described at changelog found on https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/broken-link-checker/#developers
