User Photos Broken

Continuing to have issues with the functionality of User Photos in WordPress v3+, we finally switched over to a different plugin with similar functions and works on the latest version of WordPress, User Avatar. see: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/user-avatar/
