User preferences settings issue when saving changes

Hi I am just trying out the plugin and found an issue when setting preferences.

If I check / uncheck a preference box, then hit “save changes” the screen appears to reverse the setting I just made, but the message indicates the settings have been saved.

If I then refresh the page then the change I made does appear to have been saved.

I have Ultimate Member plugin installed so I also installed your ultimate member integration plugin (I note that has not been updated in a while so not certain if this is an issue?)
